NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS INTERESTED IN PROVIDING LEGAL SERVICES TO THE STATE OF HAWAII Licensed attorneys who wish to provide legal services to the State for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2020, are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications and Expression of Interest to the Attorney General pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §103D304, as the need arises. A new statement must be signed and submitted pursuant to this Notice, even if you submitted a statement in the past. Attorneys from the same firm must submit separate statements.
