Big Island Kona Side PUBLIC NOTICE: Parents And Children Together (PACT): Early Head Start (EHS)/Head Start (HS) is requesting food service bids that follow USDA guidelines for Breakfast and Lunch for 38 HS children in the Kona Area for school year 2020-2021, starting on August 1, 2020 to ending on May 31, 2021. The biding period will begin on June 1, 2020 and end on June 16, 2020 at 11:00 am. On June 16, 2020 at 3:00 pm all sealed envelopes will be opened in the KPT Early Head Start Conference Room 106.
