The northbound lane of Palani Rd. from Kaahumanu Pl. to Kuakini Hwy. will be closed. Roadway will be open for south traffic only during construction. All traffic bound for the lower portion of Palani Rd. shall proceed north on Kuakini Hwy. to Palani Rd. All outgoing traffic to turn left and proceed to Hualalai Rd. to Kaahumanu Pl. shall be closed to through traffic and restricted to local traffic only. All westbound Alii Dr. traffic bound for Kuakini Hwy. shall take Hualalai Rd. Jas. W. Glover, Ltd. will be performing excavation, force main replacement and paving. Jas. W.
