Vizient Request For Proposals Job Order Contracting Vizient issues this Request For Proposals (RFP) on behalf of, and to provide Job Order Contracting services to, Hawaii Health Services and all current and potential Vizient members in the State of Hawaii. Vizient intends to award multiple contracts for general construction services in the area. Each contract has an estimated annual value of $2,000,000, an initial term of two years, and three additional option terms for one year each. The Vizient Job Order Contracting Program is a construction contracting procurement system that provides Vizient members access to competitively bid “on-call” general contractors to provide immediate construction services over an extended period of time. Intending bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting for the purpose of discussing the Vizient JOC system and proposal requirements.
