Aw. 5368, Apana 4 to Akahi) situate at Keei 1, District of South Kona, County and State of Hawaii, containing an area of 3.20 acres, more or less, and comprising Lot 35, Section “C”, of the Keei Agricultural Subdivision, as delineated on Bishop Estate Map 824-B, which property is designated on the tax maps of the Third Taxation Division of the State of Hawaii as Tax Map Key No. 8-3-011-030, and which seeks to terminate any rights or interests that you may have in said property.
