W. H. NOBRIGA, ELLIOT K. MILLS, MICAH A. KANE, and CRYSTAL KAUILANI ROSE, as Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, doing business as KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS, have commenced an action in Civil No. 3CCV-20-0000071 against you in the Kona Division of the Third Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii, by filing a First Amended Complaint on May 4, 2020 in which they make certain allegations and claims which may affect any rights or interests that you may have in that certain parcel of land (part of R. P. 7733, L. C. Aw. 5368, Apana 4 to Akahi) situate at Keei 1, District of South Kona, County and State of Hawaii, containing an area of 3.20 acres, more or less, and comprising Lot 35, Section “C”, of the Keei Agricultural Subdivision, as delineated on Bishop Estate Map 824-B, which property is designated on the tax maps of the Third Taxation Division of the State of Hawaii as Tax Map Key No. 8-3-011-030, and which seeks to terminate any rights or interests that you may have in said property. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the HONORABLE ROBERT D.S.
