Notice to Residents&Business Owners Please be advised that Kuakini Highway (Route 11) from Mile Marker 113.66 to Mile Marker 116.15 night work will begin on October 11th, 2021, from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am. The project includes but is not limited to reconstruction and resurfacing of asphalt concrete pavements; adjustment of utility manhole frames and covers to grade; installation of pavement markings; installation of loop detectors. Residents and Business Owners are advised to observe and obey all traffic controls, posted signs and Special Duty Officers. Drivers should anticipate lane and road closures delays and to allow extra travel time while driving through the work areas. Residents and local traffic will not be allowed through the construction site; and any illegally parked cars will towed at the owners expense.
