PUBLIC NOTICE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) The County of Hawai’i, through its Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD), has developed its proposed CAPER for its 2020-2021 CDBG program. The purpose of the report is to provide the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with information on the financial and physical development status of each CDBG-assisted activity within the County.
