The Waikoloa Village Center property is in the Waikoloa area along Waikoloa Road between Pua Melia Street and Quarry Road. The property is approximately 55 acres (TMK (3) 6-8-03-032 and 041). Waikoloa Village Center will include approximately 200 affordable homes (rental apartments) along with commercial and light industrial uses to maintain the financial viability of the affordable homes in perpetuity.
