PUBLIC NOTICE INTENTION TO DIRECT LEASE Pursuant to Sections 171-16(c), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to lease one (1) acre of State land situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii and identified as TMK: (3) 2-4-057:023 to Hawaii Pacific Baptist Convention, for a collegiate ministry center and allied purposes for a period of five (5) years at an annual rent of $11,800.00 per year without recourse to a public auction. This lease shall enable the lessee to continue use of said parcel for its collegiate ministry center.
