Notice to Residents&Business Owners LOCATION PLAN Please be advised that night work on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 11) from MM (mile marker) 113.66 to MM 116.15, will begin on March 22, 2022, from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am, until September 21, 2022, or project completion. The project includes but is not limited to reconstruction and resurfacing of asphalt concrete pavements; adjustment of utility manhole frames&covers to grade; and installation of pavement markings. Residents and business owners are advised to observe and obey all traffic controls, posted signs and Special Duty Officers. Drivers should anticipate lane&road closures, delays, and to allow extra travel time while driving through the work areas. Residents and local traffic will not be allowed through the construction site. Any illegally parked cars will be towed at the owners’ expense.
