NOTICE TO MOTORISTS Mamalahoa Highway Resurfacing MP 9.74 to MP 12.28 The State Highways Division will begin improvements on Highway 190, Mile Post 9.74 to 12.28. Work in these areas involve cold planning, resurfacing, and reconstruction of weakened pavement areas. Construction will begin on August 1, 2022 and work hours will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday for a 2-month period. Travel speed through the work area will be reduced, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Please use caution and plan for longer driving times when traveling through the area.
