NOTICE OF VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARING ON
PROPOSED HAWAII ADMINISTRATIVE RULES (HAR),
CHAPTER 11-55 AND APPENDICES A, D, H, I, M

The Department of Health, Clean Water Branch (CWB) will receive comments and hold a virtual public hearing on proposed amendments to HAR Chapter 11-55 and Appendix A, and reissuance of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System general permits contained in Appendices D, H, I, and M.
Written comments will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday,
November 18, 2022. The virtual public hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022.
