REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES MENTAL HEALTH KOKUA KONA AND HILO RESIDENTIAL HOUSING RENOVATION PROJECT Mental Health Kokua, a Hawaii Non-Profit Corporation is seeking interested bidders to acquire full architectural and engineering services from predesign, permitting, bidding and construction oversite through construction closeout for an expansion, accessibility and renovation improvements to its project sites located in Kailua-Kona and Hilo, Hawaii.
