NEPA ONLY NOTICES USE FOR TOWERS THAT DO NOT NEED SHPO/TRIBAL REVIEW BUT MUST PROVIDE ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICE Crown Castle is proposing to install a monopole with antennas at centerline heights of 98 feet, 95 feet, 86 feet, 82 feet, 73 feet, and 69 feet for an overall height of 100 feet at the following site: 73-4229 Queen Kaahumanu Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii County, HI 96740, Lat: 19-43-57.201, Long: -156-1-34.9998. No lighting is proposed on the tower. Any interested party that believes the proposed action may have a significant impact on the environment may file a Request for Environmental Review (Request) to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Such Request may only raise environmental concerns. Information regarding the project may be found under file number A1246076 on the FCC website www.fcc.gov/asr/applications. The Request must be filed with the FCC within 30 days of the notice being posted on the FCC website. The FCC requires that all Requests be filed electronically at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
