YOUNG and DELLA DE ROCHEMONT have filed a Complaint in the Third Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, CIVIL NO. 3CCV-23-0000225 to determine all claims adverse to, and to establish their fee simple title interests in two parcels of real property located at Kalaoa 4th, North Kona, Island and State of Hawaii, being a portion of Lot 47-B-1, identified as: (1) LOT 47-B-1-A; and (2) ROAD LOT A, both of which are currently designated under TMK No. (3) 7-3-028-104, their respective legal boundaries, their partition, their rights of legal access and Plaintiffs’ claims for cotenancy contribution therein, and other relief as justice requires.
