HOPE Services Hawaii is soliciting bids from licensed contractors for a 4-bedroom facility renovation. Scope Includes renovations to Kitchen, Baths, Laundry and Bedrooms to meet ADA requirements, other interior and exterior improvements, roof and siding paint, gutters, electrical panel and service upgrade, as well as septic system installation. All bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s License and Unique Entity ldentifier number (UEI). Bidders are invited to submit a construction bid for the Project in accordance with instructions to Bidders. Bid Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
