NOTICE TO MOTORISTS Mamalahoa Highway Drainage Improvement Alpha Inc. will begin improvements on Mamalahoa Highway, Mile Post 102.1. Work in this area involves installation of deep and shallow drywells to improve drainage. Construction will begin on Thursday, September 3, 2026, and run through to April 30, 2027. Work hours will be from 8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, for a 9-month period. Travel speed through the work area will be reduced, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. A portion of Mamalahoa Hwy may be reduced to one lane or alternating traffic during work activities. Please use caution and plan for longer driving times when traveling through the area.
