Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process: Public Participation Allo Towers proposes the construction of a monopole style telecommunications tower within a 25.5′ x 25.5′ lease area approximately 0.52 miles northeast of Waikoloa Rd. & Paniolo Ave., Waikoloa, Hawaii County, HI. The height of the tower will be 41.1-meters above ground level (135-feet above ground level). Proposed project will include ground disturbance.
