NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that on March 14, 2019 the United States Marshal, District of Hawaii, arrested the vessel M/V TEHANI (HA-1629-CP), at Honokohau Harbor Small Boat Harbor, #126 Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, pursuant to a Warrant for Maritime Arrest issued by the Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii upon a Verified Complaint in Admiralty (“Verified Complaint”) filed in the United States District Court, District of Hawaii and captioned Barnes v. Sea Hawai’i Rafting, LLC et al, Civil No. 13-00002 ACK-WRP. Any person claiming or having a possessory or ownership interest in said vessel must file with the United States District Court a verified statement of right or interest and serve it upon Plaintiff’s counsel within fourteen (14) days after publication of this Notice and must file and serve an answer to the Verified Complaint within twenty-one (21) days thereafter.” Any person claiming a maritime lien or other interest in M/V Tehani (HA-1629-CP) must file their Rule 24, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, application to intervene within the time fixed by the Court.
