NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of the above-entitled Court filed 1/19/2024, the Petition for Determination and Declaration of Heirs and of Devolution of Title to Real Property of HELEN KAHELEKULANIONAHI’ENA’ENA LOW, aka Helen Kahelekulanionahi’ena’ena Like Low, aka Helen L. Low, Deceased, so as to ascertain the rightful heirs to a portion of a parcel of land situate in the County and State of Hawaii, more fully described in said Petition, will be heard on, APRIL 1, 2024 at 8:00, a.m., in the courtroom of the presiding Judge of the above-entitled Court, at 74-5451 Kamakaeha Ave, Kailua Kona, HI 96740. All persons interested are hereby entitled to appear at said time and place.
