Bill 35: Amends Ordinance No. 24-32, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2025. Appropriates revenues in the State Grants – State Substance Abuse Prevention Coordination Grant account ($7,100); and appropriates the same to the State Substance Abuse Prevention Coordination Grant account. Ayes: Council Members Galimba, Hustace, Kagiwada, Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder, Kimball, Onishi, Villegas, and Chair Inaba – 8; Noes: None; Absent: Council Member Kierkiewicz – 1; Excused: None.
