NOTICE is hereby given that Highly Skilled Help, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, has voluntarily elected to dissolve its operations effective upon the termination of its existing or contemplated contracts at which time a formal dissolution will be filed. William LeBus, as the sole member of the Company, shall be the only person authorized to incur costs or perform services on behalf of the company from and after July 20, 2025 and the Company disclaims and denies any actual or implicit representations by any other person(s) who claim that they are performing services for the benefit of or on behalf of the Company and affirmatively states that the Company shall not be liable for any such claims.
