HOPE Services Hawaii is soliciting bids from licensed contractors for a 4-bedroom facility renovation. Scope includes renovations to Kitchen, Bath, and Bedrooms to meet ADA requirements and electrical panel/service upgrade, as well as septic system installation. All bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s License and Unique Entity Identifier number (UEI). Bidders are invited to submit a construction bid for the Project in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Bid Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
